Looks like you need set your shared library path. Try setting the LD_LIBRARY_PATH environment variable to /usr/local/lib or add the path in your /etc/ld.so.conf.d directory or run the ldconfig program.
Use https://github.com/ImageMagick/ImageMagick/discussions instead.
