convert masked CS6 PSD to lowres JPEG

convert masked CS6 PSD to lowres JPEG

Hi

I have a lot of photos in PSD format where the background has been clipped away using some of the new tools in CS5/CS6. I would like to convert those to lowres JPEG with a white background. See this example https://docs.google.com/open?id=0B_KVCu ... kZXWlJ0cXM with original and resized to 800x Jpg.

How can I achieve that with Imagemagick?
