Multilib conflict

Please look at our bugreport - https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=742178

Is there any problem if we move /usr/share/ImageMagick-VER/configure.xml to /usr/lib??

Look for a patch in the next point release of ImageMagick. It will place configure.xml in the /usr/lib/ImageMagick-ver/config folder.
