Recent versions of ffmpeg stopped supporting the -pass command line argument. Ideally they should have deprecated the option. We removed the option from the delegates.xml in recent releases of ImageMagick. See https://www.imagemagick.org/source/delegates.xml.

ffmpeg still takes the -pass argument, but it needs to be "1" or "2", not "1/2". Not sure it's necessary though.
