Possible Bug: ImageMagick-6.7.1-0-Q16-windows-dll on WinXP

Odd linear dropouts are appearing randomly in the upper half (as far as I can tell) of processed images. There isn't any particular command that seems to set them off and the same image processed again often doesn't show any sign of the problem. Here's an example:
