SVG decoding bug in ImageMagick-6.7.0-Q16

Hello,
IM crashes trying to decode the following "image": vs_1500e_s.jpg
Please note that this is not an image but an HTML file. IM guesses that this is an SVG image and crashes after parsing XML.
The bug can be reproduced by downloading the standalone binary package from http://www.imagemagick.org/download/bin ... indows.zip and running identify.exe command on it.
