File ImageMagick-6.6.0-Q16-windows.zip is lost

The links "http://www.imagemagick.org/download/bin ... indows.zip" and "ftp://ftp.imagemagick.org/pub/ImageMagi ... indows.zip" are broken, because file ImageMagick-6.6.0-Q16-windows.zip doesn't exists in the download page.
The zip version of the last ImageMagick version is sometimes out of date (the number of the version is older than exe version).
