ContrastStretch and % values

Hi,
I want to use ContrastStretch with MagickWand or Magick++ but with the percent values, so that I really get the same as with the Normalize function, but with more flexibility.
If I see it correctly, at the moment ContrastStretch is only implemented in MagickWand and only with the Pixel BlackPoint and WhitePoint.
Am I wrong here? Is it possible at the moment? Is there a workaround?
If not, would it be possible to consider this for an update and in which timeframe?
