IMDisplay cannot display images saved on the Desktop(桌面)

IMDisplay cannot display images saved on the Desktop(桌面)

OS: Windows XP Home (Simplified Chinese)
Version: 6.4.6 Q16

ImageMagick Display cannot display images saved on the Desktop, the folder name of which is 桌面(Chinese Translation). Further test shows that IMDisplay cannot display images saved in any folders whose names contain Chinese characters.
