jbig no longer configurable with ./configure

hello

configure has a regression with jbig handling:

configure: WARNING: Unrecognized options: --without-jbig
the bug report at gentoo is located here and a proposed patch to fix the problem is attached in the bug, here is the link.

last known working version is 6.4.2.0, first known broken version is 6.4.2.9.

We have a patch for the JBIG configure issue in the Subversion trunk. It will be also be available in the next point release.
