Create image from geometry and color fails

The configuration files are 'xml' text files, not DL module library files.
The MAGICK_HOME is used to define a search path to look for them, just as it does for the DLs

as i said all xml files and dlls are in the same directory as my application is. so its already in the default path of windows.

and would i have to set that variable on the customer machines too?
