Hangs with full CPU on Ubuntu 10.04 resizing JPEG

Here is a http://aurorasystems.eu/brokenimages.zip file, which contains sample image and a script which contains the options to make "convert" hang with 100% CPU on Ubuntu 10.04.

The script completes for us. Perhaps its related to the security flaw fix @ viewtopic.php?f=4&t=20286.
