When i look for windows binary files, i see that the link "http://www.imagemagick.org/download/bin ... indows.zip" is broken. The FTP link is broken too.
In fact, there is a file called "http://www.imagemagick.org/download/bin ... indows.zip" (note the final "5" instead of "6")
