Despecle test in t/filter.t fails on 6.3.6-9

Despecle test in t/filter.t fails on 6.3.6-9

A user is reporting a problem on FreeBSD-8.0/amd64.

Can the tolerance be increased as usual (and as the reporter suggests), or is there a real problem somewhere? Thanks!
