It lists JPEG as a supported format, but still complains that there's no delegate. (This is a binary install, by the way.) I have Windows 7 and I have the problem with JPEG images. What I notice is that delegates.xml has no entry for jpeg or jpg. Is JPEG support internal to convert, or is it relying on an external program not included in the distribution package?
